This can be incredibly rewarding. Good hairstylist are in short supply and a qualified, creative hairdresser will never be redundant.

There are many different approaches to choose from as a professional hairdresser - from working in a salon to owning ones own business. Work on a cruise line while seeing the world! Course Details
One year full time
Lectures (9am - 4px)
The hairdressing department is open every day until 4pm; the learners are welcome to use the facilities.
18 months part time
Saturdays (9am - 2pm)
National Exam - Face to Face
International Exam (City & Guilds - centre number 843149).
The course teaches the learner both Caucasian and Afro-Caribbean hairdressing techniques. Product training, external demonstrations and shows will be included in the students’ syllabus. Each module offers facilitators with specialised training. The student will create their own portfolios. Projects and assessments are all part of the hairdressing course.
